Welcome to Vivahealth VivaYoga & Pilates LLC, doing business as Viva Health Wellness Studio (“the Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, booking classes, purchasing memberships, visiting our studio, or using any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Scope of Services
Viva Health Wellness Studio offers a variety of health and wellness services, including but not limited to:
Yoga — group and guided classes focused on flexibility, mobility, breathwork, and mindfulness.
Pilates — mat and controlled movement-based sessions targeting core strength and functional fitness.
Personal Training & Health Coaching — customized guidance to support nutrition, fitness consistency, goal setting, and lifestyle improvements.
Group Fitness Classes — high-energy classes such as HIIT, circuits, and spin to build cardiovascular fitness and strength.
Advanced Wellness Services — including biohacking-style sessions such as cold plunge, sauna, or detoxification support.
Services are designed to support overall well-being and are provided by qualified instructors and health coaches.
2. Client Health & Safety Requirements
2.1 Health Disclosure
Before participating in any physical activity or wellness service, all clients must:
- Complete a health intake form disclosing any current medical conditions, recent injuries, pregnancy, or other concerns that may impact participation.
- Inform the Studio if they are under the care of a medical provider or have been advised against strenuous exercise.
2.2 Medical Clearance
Clients with any heart condition, chronic illness, or pregnancy are encouraged to obtain medical clearance from a physician before participating in physical classes (e.g., Yoga, Pilates, Spin, Personal Training).
2.3 Injuries & Pain
Clients should immediately stop participation and notify staff if they experience:
- Pain beyond normal physical exertion
- Dizziness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort
- Any unusual or concerning symptom
No liability is assumed by the Studio for injuries related to undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow staff guidance.
3. Service Participation Guidelines
3.1 Consent to Participate
By booking or attending a session, the client confirms:
- They understand the nature of the activity.
- They voluntarily assume responsibility for any risk of injury involved.
3.2 Proper Attire & Equipment
Clients are expected to wear appropriate athletic attire and footwear (as applicable). Specific equipment (e.g., yoga mats and props) may be required depending on the class type.
3.3 Timeliness
Clients should arrive at least 5–10 minutes early to prepare for class and avoid disrupting the session.
3.4 Respectful Conduct
All clients must conduct themselves respectfully toward instructors and other participants. The Studio maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
4. Booking, Pricing & Payments
4.1 Booking
All sessions must be reserved through the Studio’s booking system. Free trial sessions may be offered from time to time with advance signup.
4.2 Pricing
Services may be priced individually or offered in custom package forms to meet unique client needs.
4.3 Payments
Payment is due at the time of booking or before participating in the service. The Studio reserves the right to modify pricing by posting notice on the website or official social media sites, or by delivering it directly to clients.
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours before the scheduled session to avoid fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a charge equal to the class or session fee.
6. Liability Waiver
Participation in physical activity and wellness services involves inherent risk of injury. The Studio, its instructors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
7. Communications & Messaging Consent
7.1 Phone Calls & Text Messages (SMS/MMS)
By providing your phone number to Vivahealth VivaYoga & Pilates LLC — through our website forms, in-studio sign-up, or by contacting us — you expressly consent to receive:
- Phone calls about your appointments, membership, and studio-related matters.
- Text messages (SMS/MMS) including appointment confirmations, class schedule updates, missed-call follow-ups, and promotional messages about our services.
